Suzuki markets

Absolutely loving living in Melbourne!! I have been so busy I have forgotten to post all my photos, so just bare with me. There is just so much to do, with classes, socializing and of course a lot of shopping!! I ventured out to the Suzuki night markets on wednesday and got myself a few gorgeous skirts! Just my new American Apparel high waisted swimmers!! I absolutely loved them, and I couldn't choose between them, do I got both :) yet unfortunately... I didn't hear from the American Apparel team about my job today :( ah well... The search is still on!

Just such a beautiful bag... I spotted it in Tony Bianco at Melbourne Central today when I went for my job interview!! Fingers crossed :) I can't decide what I want more though, the job or the bag! It is a Vintage Princess Bag,  style Selena, and I am deciding whether to spend my hard earned savings on this $415 bag :|

My day in Melbourne yesterday consisted of my enrollment at RMIT, an American Apparel open call interview and meeting up for lunch and dinner with old and new friends! Such an eventful day needed an outfit just as exciting!

Heat wave

Ok so that might be exaggerating a little... It's just the middle of summer, but it is just so hot!! I bravely ventured out of the house today, couldn't help myself I needed to shop!! I ended up going a little crazy at Target of all places! :) they have 50% off all their jewellery so I now have almost doubled my ring collection... I may have gone a little overboard. I will share photos of my purchases at a later date.

Just some more jewellery to add to my collection, I am quite obsessed with statement rings and I couldn't say no to these for 50% off at target the other day!! :) Quite happy with my purchases, even if I don't have the money to spend on them!

It happened like this... So I was just having a late night flick through the top looks at lookbook.nu and came across the most amazing orange cape!! (below) I HAD to find out where it was from and discovered that they have worldwide shipping and... Wait for it... It's FREE!!! Eeep!! So it's easy to say I was extremely excited!! :) oh, and just to top it off, they also sell vintage clothing! True love xx

Santa, you missed one...

I just discovered the most amazing sewing machine by singer that I MUST have!! It is so perfect for me in every way!! It is the Singer 160 limited special edition, available as of now. So if anyone feels like being super nice I would definitely accept this as a late christmas pressie! xx

Presents :)

We had our 'Quick' Christmas today, a week early! Under our tree the presents look kinda lame but I wrapped them all pretty :) We had a lot of fun catching up, and I'm soo excited for boxing day, when we get to have our Christmas with Mums side of the family xx For the first time we are hosting both family Christmases at our house, it's soo exciting :) one over and another to get excited for! I love Christmas!!

Ok, so thanks to my sister I am now quite fascinated with dip dyes hair. I want it! And I want her to do it too!!! I don't know how to go about doing my hair, hers on the other hand is naturally blonde so it will look hot!!!

Lady of the Day

My creation for the Moulamein cup :) I managed to defend my title for fashions on the field! I was in the 18-25 yr category this year for the first time which was exciting, it was great to see so many cute outfits but even more exciting that I won :) I got some pretty nice prizes but the satisfaction that all my hard work planning and making my outfit payed off :)

I made my dress from a vintage 'Style' pattern that was my mums and the fascinator I designed and made myself
My shoes are Mollini, belt is Portmans, my bag is from Sintra and my jewelry is Tiffany's.
