Loving the crop!

 This morning I decided to look through my clothes and find tops I dont really wear for a makeover, I found this opp shop buy that was extra long and ill fitting so it got the crop! It took a bit of fiddling but I really love the result! The top appeared in its original state back in my posts from August last year which you can see here- August Post. And I was only trying on the crop top over my maxi because I was lazy but decided to leave it on because I loved the look! or was that just me being lazing too? lol

Well, payed a visit to Ballarat yesterday and had a bit of a shop after I got my hair done. After not really finding much we decided to go out for a coffee (well I didn't have a coffee as I have an intense hatred for all things coffee). We went to our favourite place- Such 'n' Such, a coffee shop that is also a cute little boutique with all kinds of beautiful things! I found these gorgeous black ruffle high waisted shorts and the floral blazer.

decisions!!

I am quite in love with the idea of owning one of these pairs of shoes but I can't decide just which ones or which colour!! They are all on sale on the Sportsgirl website for $50 so I have to make my decision and fast before they all run out!! I am so bad at making practical wardrobe decisions that I can't even trust my own judgement!! Ideally I want the white pair but in black, which funnily enough doesn't actually exist :(

The debut of my retrostar skirt from my shopping trip in Melbourne yesterday, I didn't really have much luck with anything else though, don't get me wrong I saw a lot of lovely things but they didn't quite fit within my budget :( I regret not at least trying a gorgeous pair of print harem pants which I passed by hoping to get a few more bargains.

Flood Fundraiser!

With Queensland and country Victoria being affected by the floods the true Aussie spirit is showing through, everyone going out of their way to help those in need however they can. So why not do your part by supporting all the fundraisers... Even designers are getting in on the fundraising action!! Alice Euphemia is one of these, holding a fundraiser on the 29th of January in Melbourne, shop 6, 37 Swanston st (corner of Flinders Lane) from 9am to 6pm. You can donate your pre-loved clothing in store to be sold during the sale and go along on the day to grab yourself a bargain to raise much needed funds for the Queensland RSPCA and the Premiers Disaster Relief Fund.

I had my wisdom teeth out Friday... all 4 of them, wouldn't recommend it. But I did play the sympathy card to Mother dearest and score these lovely items from the City Beach website, on sale of course! So at least I have had something to chear me up, other than the thought of being able to eat a deliciously unhealthy MacDonalds burger again!!!
